In the crowded field of business books, there are "must read's" and "whenever I get around to it" books....Mark has delivered a must read for all small and growing companies. His experience as a veteran CEO and thought leader really shine through on every helpful page.
Mark's book is a great easy read book for any business owner. Comparing your business to your own fitness is a great analogy that many people can relate to. This is a book that any owner will not want to put on the shelf but to continually refer to it over time. It makes for a great business model.
Finished reading "How Fit Is Your Business" this past week during my travels. What an awesome easy to follow tool for any type of business owner or manager of a business. Not only does this book provide the tools to understand one's business health, but it provides the methods and solutions to improving one's business health. It's definitely an easy read that will make one pause and think, "Am I doing the right things to maximize sales and profits?"
